Stuff that I said out loud, and was thinking about quietly, in recovery…

The two (young male) Nurse Anesthetists were so attentive and cool with me before the OR, in the OR, and in recovery. Good sense of my dry humor. They were getting me talking in recovery to evaluate my reaction and coming out of anesthesia (which they warned by my Dr. daughter who accompanied me yesterday as my ‘only 1 visitor’ China virus restriction, that I have some reactions when coming out). Anyhow, I looked them in the face and said, “Please tell me I dreamt Biden was elected president.” To which they both laughed, and then tried not to groan to forcefully when they replied, “No, ya didn’t dream that, Maggie.” They nodded to my follow-up, “So, a waking nightmare then.”

Now, wheeled into the post-recovery room (where my daughter was then permitted to re-connect with me), I had thoughts about the nut-cases walking freely among us and causing the toxic rotten atmosphere of vile bile, bullshit, hypocrisy, lies, and 21st century neo-fascism…

For some reason (I guess because all the really important files were pushed aside in my haze) this guy (and many like him calling for retaliation/persecution/ruination/prosecution/cancellation/eradication/extermination of his political opponents) this asshole kept making my wheels turn. You know, he and his ilk are the first to bemoan the Earth’s “over-population” as the cause for “clamte change” and it must be reduced. And then they clutch their grandma’s pearls in reaction to the current pandemic deaths. Well, doesn’t that help their ‘over-population’ “climate change” problem? And then they revert to calling for total destruction of atleast half this country who dared have a different political/election views than his.

Also, I thought about the lack of intellectual honesty, and mental strength, it took for Pres. Snow Biden to sign an EO banning the use of the term “China Virus” when referring to COVID. Then I thought about how last week the WHO, who Pres. Snow will now be returning us and our tax dollars to, is reverting back to blame the Chinese bats/bat-soup/wet-markets/frozen-foods for the China flu, and not the obvious bio-weapons labs in Wuhan that are more logical to have leaked/released/spread such a virulent and fast-moving aggressive virus strain … globally. And so, it’s STILL a CHINA VIRUS, Pres. Snow!

So let the PA systems in the arenas and stadia remain silent. The tin ears and thick skulls of these goon-stooge useful idiots who do nothing but shoot, throw, hit or otherwise place whatever object into whatever receptacle while blood-libeling the birthright that gave them their opportunity in the first place are unworthy of the words and music of Francis Scott Key. Put the staves away for safekeeping along with the flag of a now deceased nation…
