If you watch CNN, you are in the middle of a deadly pandemic.
If you don't, it's Saturday.

Yeah, I know I said I’d be ‘taking the weekend’ but had a couple of things pop-up, so…
With everything going to Hell in a snake basket more and more people have been using “The Hunger Games” analogies. Well, I woke this morning to see that a prequel to the trilogy of fictional books and movie is in the works and has a release date of November 2023. Other than that announcement there are no details on cast selections but here is a bit of background on the story and plot…
Rebecca Rubin @ Variety: ‘Hunger Games’ Returns With Prequel ‘Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes,’ but Cast Remains Mystery
Lionsgate also announced the movie will be released in theaters on Nov. 17, 2023.
“The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes” takes place decades before the adventures of Katniss Everdeen and centers on young Coriolanus Snow, who eventually becomes the tyrannical president of Panem.
But in “The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes,” he’s no bark and no bite. As an 18-year-old, Snow is chosen to be mentor to Lucy Gray Baird, the girl tribute from impoverished District 12, during the 10th Hunger Games. (Katniss didn’t come around until the 74th Hunger Games.)
Suzanne Collins’ best-selling dystopian trilogy of “The Hunger Games,” “Catching Fire” and “Mockingjay” was first published in 2008 and later developed into four films. They collectively generated $3 billion at the global box office and propelled Jennifer Lawrence to superstardom. Collins wrote a prequel novel, which was released in May of 2020, about the early days of the “Hunger Games.” Before the book was published, Lionsgate announced plans to turn the story into a feature film…
We are living the prequel, folks…
And the Biden Ministry of Truth has a YUGE problem in and of itself…
The people that brought us 87 genders, global warming, children in cages, the “Muslim ban”, “Don’t Say Gay”, Russian collusion, antifa is an “idea”, the “summer of love”, and many more, are now in charge of the criminalization of misinformation. What could possibly go wrong?

Domestic crude oil production has sharply decreased for three consecutive months even as demand and prices have remained elevated, according to federal data released Friday.
Total U.S. oil production decreased to about 11.3 million barrels per day in February, down 3.9% from the 11.8 million barrels per day produced in November, the latest Energy Information Administration (EIA) data showed. Between Nov. 1-Feb. 28, though, pump prices increased 6.4% from $3.39 per gallon to $3.61 a gallon.
“I was a little bit shocked when I first saw the numbers,” Dan Kish, a senior fellow at the Institute for Energy Research, told the Daily Caller News Foundation in an interview. “It tells me that President Biden is going to have to work more like the devil in order to increase production.”
“It’s a reflection of the fact that the investment climate is awful,” he added.
By comparison, between November 2018-February 2019, production declined 1.8% and between November 2019-February 2020, production dropped just 1.1%, according to the federal data. But between November 2020-February 2021, the period when President Joe Biden replaced former President Donald Trump, production dropped a whopping 12.1%.
Meanwhile, administration officials have suggested that producers are drilling at a “historic” rate and don’t need further leases…
Kish said the steep decline in production in early 2021 reflected the chilling effect of the Biden administration’s policies. He added that, since then, the administration has repeatedly pushed an agenda hostile to the fossil fuel industry and investors…
WE: Economy contracts as ‘Bidenflation’ glides toward ‘Bidencession’ … I’d argue Bidenpression
Glenn H. Reynolds: Stagflation is staring Biden in the face — but he refuses to change course … And they won’t, Glenn. It is all part of the master plan to tear this country apart and collapse it.
Chuck Ross: Meet the CCP-Loving Biden Donor Responsible for US Economic Interests in Asia: President Joe Biden’s pick to represent the United States on a council that promotes free trade in Asia has a long history of cozying up to the Chinese Communist Party. He’s also a top Biden donor… … My shocked face.
It’s like the MSM’s and the administration’s use of the term “unexpectedly” in news the other day about the economic growth unexpectedly declining and marking worst quarter in 2 years after the Biden cabal’s intentional tanking of our economy through its anti-growth policies. And I oddly heard somebody on Fox and Friends Weekend this morning referring to the US border situation as Biden’s bad border policies … umm, the administration has no border policy, except that the border is intentionally wide open for any and all to cross at will. The “policies” kick in when they take over transporting and dumping this human cargo throughout the country with money and cell phones in their pockets.
You can't have a Department of Homeland Security AND an OPEN BORDER at the same time 🤷🏾

We seriously need to stop calling all of this bullshit of these last 16 months of the old, diapered, farty, terminally ice cream brain-frozen puppet “failures”. I’ve said it before, once you recognize, realize and acknowledge that all of it is intentional you can deal with it. It’s like realizing and understanding your enemy does not think the way you do. Can’t beat`em until you do … hence our major issue(s) when at war in Islamic countries these last couple of decades, and going forward.
Elon Musk saying “today’s Democratic Party has been hijacked by extremists.” Is an understatement! Do we all agree?

I mentioned in yesterday’s post that Elon Musk is not the only liberal who woke one morning to an ice cold bucket of piss in the face that the democrat party is now the demo-commie party and has left sounder liberal, or even leftist, minds behind as cannon fodder…

Oh, Billy, the gang is just getting started. I’d bet money you’ll be wearing a red MAGA cap before the Biden (or whomever finishes the term) administration is up for re-election. And on that note, consider this… How about if the complete destruction is being done in old Joe’s name, he’ll eventually be removed, and then his successor will — with the complete willing aid of the MSM — reinstate Trump policies, pass them off as ‘new’ and their own and cause positive upticks in all the negatives of the Biden policies. The dems have historically done this over and over again. Except that this bunch’s plan is not to take the levels back to the Trump success levels, but condition us all to accept higher levels of prices on everything as a “new normal” and make everyone think things are better.
I have tried taking a break from Twitter recently, but I must say: the company has always tried to do its best given the information it had. Every decision we made was ultimately my responsibility*. In the cases we were wrong or went too far, we admitted it and worked to correct.
