Welcome to the neo-Soviet “Republic” of the USSA, Comrades.
Lawyers for a Bank of America customer class action lawsuit had better be hot on this bullshit right now.
Watch Tucker’s video, and then think hard about several things… like the ‘hoops’ YOU have to jump through before YOU can access your own accounts.info, and how a government that is supposed to be governing by YOUR consent is no longer … ‘in need’ of YOUR consent. And worst of all, how companies are helping them, and not protecting YOUR privacy.
Are we a ‘police state’ yet?
Almost. It’s just a hard sharp left at the next light.
Tucker Carlson reveals that Bank of America was flagging the purchasing history of its customers and sending it to the federal government in order to find out if they were involved in the Capitol riot.
The feds later interrogated a customer who was cleared of wrongdoing. pic.twitter.com/QtwNv8EaWQ

I don’t see how this doesn’t violate some Federal banking privacy law. Flagging purchase history has no direction connection to criminal activity surrounding being in DC that week.
— Ant (@antj528) February 5, 2021
It's required by federal banking non-privacy law, as part of the PATRIOT Act, and later revised to make it even more intrusive.
It goes under the pleasant-sounding set of rules called "Know Your Customer."
In reality, it's "Banks Must Snitch on Their Customers"

Bingo. And if I tell a customer (as a Series 7/24 licensed money manager) that my company is filing a "Suspicious Activity Report" with FinCEN, even if the customer is cleared of wrongdoing, I can go to jail.

Bolshevism and Big Business are very much alike; they are both built on the truth that everything is easy and simple if once you eliminate liberty. And the real irreconcilable enemy of both is what may be called Small Business.

Back in the 1960s and 1970s, hippies hated both corporations and the government. To them, the government was a suspect police state while the corporations were evil capitalist tools that exploited people. Now those same hippies have grown up, and they, and their physical and intellectual progeny, have all entered the government and the corporate world. And because history is always ironic, the former hippies and their heirs have made both the government and corporations as evil as the institutions those same hippies long ago feared.
What we’ve witnessed in the last twenty or so years is a fusion between big corporations, from Big Tech on down, and the federal government. Both institutions have complete fealty to a Democrat-run state and will do all in their power to preserve it.
The Constitution? Feh! Just a ragged old piece of paper that — as they correctly understand — has meaning only if people believe that it has meaning. Silly little things like the Fourth Amendment don’t matter if the Democrat party is threatened.
You remember the Fourth Amendment, right?
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
It turns out that the Fourth Amendment is as easily ignored as the First Amendment…if you get corporations to do the jobs the Constitution forbids to the government.
Once upon a time, only the government was powerful enough to censor people, and it was only the state that had the criminal laws and police power that made illegal searches an issue. Now, though, corporations have taken over the public squares in which speech once took place, and they possess every bit of private information we own.
Because the corporations and the federal government share common values (after all, they all went to the same colleges and were taught the same way of thinking), they are tag-teaming: the Democrat-run bureaucracy, White House, and Congress express an unconstitutional desire, and the corporations fill it without implicating that hoary old document.
Letter of the law? Feh!
Spirit of the law? Feh!…
If you’re not terrified right now — whether or not you were anywhere near D.C. — you’re not reading the situation right. What we’re witnessing the federal government’s police power and the corporate world’s information power coming together to perform a complete end-run around the United States Constitution.
We were warned in 2001, a month after the 9/11 attacks, when The USA Patriot Act was instituted in order to counter terrorists within our country, that it would come back around like a venomous snake and bite American citizens in the face. It’s just tha who the fuck knew companies, who depend on American investors and American “regular six-pack Joes and Janes” to make a profit and to stay alive, would go full Orwellian and persecute in order to help a way overreaching fascistic government prosecute American citizens whose Bill of Rights/civil rights are being violated and negated?
Ben Franklin: “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”
And here we are.
Super happy I moved to close my @BankofAmerica accounts over a week ago. Bad enough they lead in developing the new “Stakeholder” scorecard for the WEF. What they did after the Capitol breach is a disgusting violation of customer privacy.

In addition to a class action lawsuit against BoA I would love to see their stock crash and burn, very very soon.
Never-ever ever talk to the feds/FBI, most especially without YOUR lawyer standing right beside you…
At first, the agents, one male and one female, played nice and claimed that her husband was not in any trouble and that they were just looking to speak with him. They told her that they weren’t looking to arrest anyone and “didn’t even bring handcuffs.”
“They asked if she was there and if she was with me,” Fritsch explained. His wife answered that she is home with their children all the time. They asked if he was in DC on the 6th and she explained that he is constantly travelling for work and was not sure.
“We just wanted to know if he was there, or if he was the kind of guy who was standing on the outskirts saying ‘yay Trump’ — or if he was the kind of guy who would be on the inside breaking stuff,” she recounted them asking her. “It doesn’t look like he would be that kind of a guy because we’re looking around at your beautiful home and beautiful children.”
“Most of the time people are just so mean to us right when we walk up and you are just so nice. Thank you for being so nice,” she recounted them saying, attempting to butter her up.
The tone quickly changed, however, as the agents told her that they will have to keep coming back until they speak to Mr. Fritsch…
You know, after the Obama FBI/DOJ illegally lying (to FISA) and spying on Trump and those close to him I and a lot of people gave the FBI rank and file agents the benefit of a doubt, knowing the henchmen/women of the illegal operation were those in the corner office(s) directly in contact with Obama and his staff. But now, I rescind that courtesy and respect. Fuck`em.
#SPYGATE COVER-UP: Only 10% of the FBI docs outgoing President Trump ordered declassified have actually been declassified & publicly released, and of that 10%, roughly a 3rd of the content has been heavily redacted in critical sections. The FBI is still censoring what Comey & …

Did Bank of America ever once hand over private records of BLM members to the FBI investigating 9 months of multiple episodes of violence, arson, rioting and looting?

In his 1952 book The Origins of Totalitarian Democracy, Israeli historian J. L. Talmon described a political system in which lawfully elected representatives rule a nation state whose citizens, although granted the right to vote, have little or no participation in the decision-making process of government.
The federal government has become such a system, an entity unto itself operating outside of Constitutional constraints and unaccountable to the American people.
The United States is now controlled by a Democratic and Republican ruling class that transcends government and sees itself as distinct from the rest of society and as the only element that may act on its behalf. The ruling class considers those who resist it as having no moral or intellectual right, and, only reluctantly, any civil right to do so.
Power rests, not with the citizens, but with a relatively small group of politicians and financiers, who enhance their personal wealth and privilege by looting the country through a self-serving legislative process. They maintain their authority by adjusting the levers of government and using the establishment media to manipulate public perception and opinion…
