“John Kerry entered public life 45 years ago slandering his fellow American servicemen. He leaves it slandering America’s finest ally.” – Bill Kristol
Over these last several decades Israel has not only made genuine and very gracious offers for peace with the ‘Palestinians’ in the Middle East, and have carried out their end of every agreement finally made, only to be rebuffed and/or violated (the ‘Palestinians’ not upholding their end of any agreements) in the most violent of ways. And after repeatedly turning the other cheek amid these attacks they finally strike back they, Israel, are called the terrorists.
Hearing John Kerry pushing a ‘solution’ to the ME situation, especially after what this administration has done to Israel for the last 8 years and most recently as the Iran deal and the UN vote a few days ago, makes my hair stand on end.
All you need to know about John Kerry’s and the administration’s judgement in his forceful ‘blame and shame Israel, and express empathy and confidence in the Palestinians/Arabs’ speech today can be better viewed in a previous example of how Iran has ‘honored’ the much touted Iran nuclear deal since before the ink was even dry.

“The truth is that trends on the ground, violence, terrorism, settlement expansion and the seemingly endless occupation, they are combining to destroy hopes for peace on both sides and increasingly cementing any reversible — an irreversible one state reality that most people do not actually want.
Today, there are a similar number of Jews and Palestinians living between the Jordan river and the Mediterranean Sea. They have a choice. They can choose to live together in one state or they can separate into two states. But here is a fundamental reality. If the choice is one state, Israel can either be Jewish or democratic. It cannot be both. And it won’t ever really be at peace.
Moreover, the Palestinians will never fully realize their vast potential in a homeland of their own with a one state solution.”
WTFH does THAT even mean??? Does he or the administration ever say that about Muslim/Islamic countries? I believe this goes in the very ‘Top 10’ of most asinine and inane statements said in the last 8 years. Go to Hell, John Kerry.
Since its founding in 1948, the modern State of Israel has been the lone beacon of freedom and enlightenment surrounded by a vast wasteland of medieval tyranny, pig-ignorance, squalor, barbarity and a blind, centuries-old unreconstructed hatred. In spite of this, it has year after year made concession after concession in a desperate attempt to stop generational bloodshed and save the lives of not only its own children but of children whose parents use them as suicide bombers. It has only earned them enmity. And the twin ideologies of Islam and Marxism are converging with the aim of wiping Israel off the map and annihilating every Jew that Hitler couldn’t gas now in sight; all thanks to Barack Hussein Obama, 44th President of the United States.
Having backed Israel into a corner by all but giving Iran nukes, and now opening a second front at the UN to annihilate the Jewish state politically, I suppose Bibi’s only response must be as unthinkable as Obama’s incitement: Annex the West Bank and to hell with the consequences.
An agenda published by Jerusalem City Hall listed applications for at least 390 new homes whose approval looks certain to intensify international and Palestinian opposition to the Israeli settlement-building.
The Municipal Planning and Construction panel usually meets Wednesdays and the permit requests were filed before the Security Council resolution.
Settler leaders and their supporters have been urging Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to step up construction in East Jerusalem, accusing him of having slowed its pace last year because of international pressure.
Israel’s Haaretz newspaper reported Tuesday that 1,506 housing units for Israelis have already been approved in East Jerusalem this year, compared with 395 in 2015.
The Jerusalem Municipality said in a statement Tuesday it would “continue to develop the capital according to zoning and building codes, without prejudice, for the benefit of all residents.”
AND ANOTHER SHOT: Israel approves four-storey east Jerusalem settler building.
Doesn’t anyone know what’s going on in Israel today?
Whatever the case, it’s absurd the notion that any group of nations could have any say in how Israel develops its own ancient capital. And it’s shameful that Barack Obama, John Kerry, and Samantha Power have aided and abetted antisemites at the United Nations.

And hey, John Kerry, if you end your massive anti-Israel speech with a quote from the NYTimes you’ve gone completely off the bullshit cliff.

Just what the Middle East needs, another lecture on peace from John Kerry. If empty words were barrel bombs, Kerry would be Bashar Assad.
