The nation is still confused and outraged at FBI director James Comey’s first laying out a deep and strong case against former Secretary of state Hillary Clinton and her acute mishandling of government emails and highly sensitive classified information/documents, and then the deleting of said items and scrubbing of electronic devices violation many of the laws and regulations she was expected to operate under while in the employment of the American people … and then Comey’s shrugging it all off as not worth seeking prosecution. Ever since his public statement on the investigation of the 2016 democrat presidential candidate, and then his even more damning testimony and question answering days later before the House, more and more has come forward tainting the reputation and integrity of James Comey:
“If one wishes to accept Comey’s contention that Mrs. Clinton is a careless but not criminal person, and one then considers her carelessness as a continuum with her husband’s careless conduct during his time in the Oval Office, then the Clintons have earned the dubious distinction of being the most outrageously careless couple this nation has ever known.”
Was the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information cooked from the very beginning? According to the New York Post, FBI agents investigating Hillary Clinton’s use of an unsecured, private email server during her tenure as Secretary of State were required to sign unprecedented non-disclosure agreements prohibiting them from disclosing anything about their investigation of Hillary.
A former FBI chief told the New York Post that such a requirement is “very, very unusual.”
While FBI agents are typically required to sign vanilla non-disclosure agreements as part of their security clearances, law enforcement sources say they’ve never heard of a “Case Briefing Acknowledgment,” the agreement agents investigating Clinton were reportedly required to sign.
“FBI agents believe there was an inside deal put in place after the Loretta Lynch/Bill Clinton tarmac meeting,” a source told the Post.
The Post piece: FBI agents signed NDA for matters involving Hillary’s emails
Given her less than forthcoming question ‘non-answering’ and filibustering the other day at her House hearing I would say it’s a pretty much a HUGE “given”…
Meanwhile, the State Department is now demanding a return of all documents/emails that have been obtained by those investigating the Hillary Clinton case … in order to keep them from info/truth-seeking organizations like Judicial Watch and from being published for public viewing and consumption, at least until after the election and the Obama administration vacates DC.
