It is, if possible, becoming an even bigger damn dirty mess on the nation’s border with Mexico as hundreds, maybe even thousands, continue to flood across our sovereign border, with a possible and probable 130,000 expected within a year. And now our Border Patrol agents are saying, screw it, and looking for new careers/jobs as known Mexican gang mambers are enjoying the Obama/Holder ‘catch and release’ policy. Who can blame them? They are as overwhelmed as our troops in Afghanistan under the strictest ROEs against the enemy there. Calls for the National Guard to be deployed on the troubled border are growing louder.
More than one person is concluding the Obama administration is responsible and has intentionally set this massive border mess into motion with his policies on immigration, hoping to force amnesty as his solution to the man-made disaster and humanitarian crisis (which is designed to never allow to go to waste) of his making.
As frustrated citizens in those US border areas chew their nails in fear on many levels, other areas of the country are now feeling the added stress to their own programs from healthcare to public schools, and are resisting the federal government’s efforts to shove hundreds/thousands into their cities. These folks are suggesting the illegal aliens be housed in Washington DC.
However, not to worry, America, Barack Obama says these illegals aren’t staying. Uh-huh…
Meanwhile, Texas Gov. Rick Perry has had his fill of this Obama-made disaster spilling into his state…
“This unaccompanied alien children issue has the potential to be a absolute catastrophe — a humanitarian catastrophe,” he said.
“We are just going into hurricane season,” he continued. “Were we to have a major event and literally do not have places to house our citizens because of this influx from Mexico — I am greatly concerned the catastrophe that could occur with those two events happening simultaneously.”
Perry said he has been warning the Obama administration for two years about the issue of “unaccompanied alien children.”
“I have been haranguing, bringing to the attention of, flagging issues on that border for multiple years,” Perry said. “You’ll recall I stopped on the tarmac to welcome the president in 2010, gave him a letter about border security. We wrote a letter and drew to his attention and tried to really focus he and his administration, particularly Homeland Security, on this issue of unaccompanied alien children who were coming in on the backs of these trains in 2012.”
“I am deeply frustrated and disappointed in the administration’s response — both directly back to the state of Texas and in their actions,” he went on. “So with that said, yes, I would like for the federal government to pay for what is a clear constitutional responsibility of the federal government, which is to secure the border. We know how to do that.”
And as with all border states, said states simply do not have the money or resources to secure their individual borders against this mass invasion … Nor would the Obama/Holder DOJ allow them to. Ask Arizona…
